District Assignments!!!!

Districts are up here. Athens doesn't have any teams this year! O.o  Since there are only three teams in our district, I'm curious as to how competition will proceed. Also of concern is the fact that we're listed as "Athens Home School" instead of our more grand title, "Olivia Davidson Washington Mock Trial Club". Questions, questions!

I'll have an analysis post completed shortly--just wanted to break the news! :-)

    Since there are only two trials scheduled, does that mean that one team will only have to go once? And if so, how will they choose that team?

    After checking to make sure, it looks like either (1) one team will get a bye, or (2) one team will play both sides at the same time, or (3) they'll add a play-in round--a third trial. (2) is the most convenient, but it requires having ten team members, and I don't know if the other teams do.
