Voir Dire! Separation of witnesses! Directed verdict!
Now that I have your attention...
My esteemed colleague Dr. Soot Jakkit Fitzwell has brought last year's post from April 5 to my attention. He suggests that a similar plan be carried out this year. I concur with his suggestion, and thus have brought this Motion to Reunite over the summer. I don't know everyone's schedules (OK, I don't know anyone's schedules), but last year, this particular bullet was dodged in part by the speech class at Hocking. Neither my colleague nor my International Board of Spies, Moles, Covert Operatives, and Other-Informants-of-Dubious-Legality-certified spies have informed me of any plans to do such a class again, so perhaps this is not a viable bullet-dodging method for repeated usage.
Naturally, I have no objections to this plan. There's still a lot to do, though: date, place, time, activity to be performed (in theory, anyway. Goofing off will ALWAYS take precedence to whatever we're supposed to be doing), etc.
So, what does everyone think? (yeah, yeah, yeah. I used "so" AND am going to form a resolution based off of a minority opinion. Deal with it.)

On Locking Doors
So evidently no one revoked my administrator privileges, and OCLRE hasn't blocked me from the HSMT portion of their site. Therefore, I will post the case capsule, and gloat a little bit that I found it first... :P
STATE OF OHIO v. STORM JACKSON
Storm Jackson, a college freshman, is accused of stealing prescription drugs while attending two real estate open houses and while visiting at the houses of two friends. The Defendant and his parents’ names were on a sign-in list at both of the open houses. Without a warrant, the police subpoenaed and obtained Storm Jackson’s cell phone GPS records before he was arrested. Storm Jackson has filed a motion to suppress claiming that the evidence seized was the result of an improper search and seizure that violated his Fourth Amendment rights.
You guys get to deal with something other than the First Amendment. Jealousy outweighs aforementioned gloating...
So anyway, this is a lesson on what happens when you don't lock your doors! Because, after all, this is your blog now. :-)
(See? My title did have to do with the post! Yay me!)

Who's coming?
I'm wondering, given the fact that Laura is moving and Sarah has graduated, whether or not we'll have enough people this year to make a full team without too much double-duty-ing. I know that I'm personally counting on doing MT again, but I don't know about anybody else. Thus, it'd be great if we could all figure out who's planning on continuing Mock Trial. On a different subject, is anyone planning on doing anything interesting this summer?
